We use FedEx / BlueDart / DHL / UPS to deliver all our orders. Sometimes if your location is not in coverage of FedEx / BlueDart / DHL / UPS then we can use Speed Post or India Post to deliver your order. We deliver 99% of your orders on or before time-line specified while placing your order.

After confirming your order, it usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered when selected express shipment option. If standard shipment option is selected, it may take 10-18 business days to be delivered.

Shipping cost is calculated based on total order value and it applied all over products:

1Orders below Rs. 500/ –Rs. 50/-
2Orders between Rs. 501/- to 2000/-Rs. 75/-
3Orders above Rs. 2001/-Rs. 100/-


Shipping Terms:

  1. Unavoidable circumstances:
    We always try to fulfil your orders on or before specified time but sometimes delay in delivery might happen due to unavoidable scenarios, like flood, strike or any other unavoidable calamities. If such kind of reasons are involved in delivery, we cannot take responsibility for that. We cannot refund you for order and we are liable only refunding you shipping charges.
  2. Tracking:
    Once you place order and we dispatch your order, we will provide you tracking information over e-mail and online. You can track your shipment progress online as per instructions provided.
  3. Wrong address:
    If you have provided wrong or incorrect shipping address and telephone / mobile number, we cannot help you. We can only send address correction information to our shipping provider. Please be sure to provide accurate address while check-out your order.
  4. Undeliverable due to business closed / recipient not available:
    Our courier partner will attempt you delivery several times and if your premises is closed or nobody available to receive package they might left you notice to follow up delivery. You can simply call back and give instruction to deliver your order. We are not liable to refund you once your order is returned to us with this reason. Instead we will reship your order once it will be back to us. Hence, please do needful to take delivery when you receive such notification.
  5. Damage in Transits:
    Things happen like your shipment is damaged in transits. We are happy to help you for that reason. Just click photo of damaged item and send to us. We will do needful to reship your order again and will raise complain on behalf of you to our shipping provider to take necessary action to avoid damage in future delivery attempts.
